New neighbors

I was not asked, but suddenly I had new neighbors. A family of coots was perched among the reeds. Irascible quacking and perky round swimming enthusiastically they built their nest.
The coots, also called water hen called, make a lot of noise throughout the day. When in danger, they run across the water, and they are very attentive to everything around is likely to come up with sharp croak at bay.
In itself, I think it looks nice, such a family waterfowl. Maybe they can help me to chase the moles that are currently plaguing the garden.

The three chicks in detail. I have given them names: Attila, Ivan the Terrible and Hannibal. They also listen to the 'Three Musketeers' and' roodbesnavelde jackanapes.

Again good photographs. If you looks at the pictures so, it seems as if you live surrounded by nature. Maybe you can occasionally go run ..
