There's no place like home

It's been since February that I am busy in my new house renovation. My apartment is now sold on July 3 and will transfer their place. With this deadline in mind, I went to work even harder to make the house habitable. And not without success: the first three rooms are all off!

It was sometimes not easy to pockets between the rubble, the bare walls and the dusty windows have the courage to keep up. But when the first room was finished and that the plastic could be stuck (the doors are still not) it became clear that it is all for nothing. The pressure that I own stamp on the house by making choices about colors, wallpaper, paint and layout, make sure that I am increasingly beginning to feel at home.

I am in my fat job outfit At time of writing, finished three rooms: the media room, bedroom and office.

The media room is a small bioscoopje, with a large soft thud bank where you never want to stand out, burgundy-red walls and a projector for crisp image on a pristine white wall to project. This room should be ideal for movies, gaming and reading.

In the bedroom I have a dark orange wallpaper mounted on a wall. The other walls are kept white. On the laminate vloertje comes this 'Dragon' bed stand. The frames are all painted glossy white, a style that I would repeat throughout the house, because it looks really tight.

The study is to replaced the old bathroom, in front of the house. The walls are painted with creamy textured paint and more there is blue carpet on the floor. The whole provides a business yet warm atmosphere.

Fleur also helps fun with it! It is clear that there is still much to do in the coming weeks to the remaining rooms are ready on time. The living room is still a decent band, it will be very hard work to get that on time. But I am confident that it will succeed. The beautiful sunny days come again, in July I can relax in the garden enjoying a beer!

Incidentally, in the bedroom I found a nice pair of poems on the walls, that of the previous occupant appeared to be. This wall poetry I have saved for posterity before the wallpaper went over it again:

"As beautiful as the setting sun,
A drop of rain that falls in a rain barrel,
A flower that blooms in the first sunbeam,
A small eendjewat with his brothers and sisters growing up
That feeling when you see even a guinea pig food,
That feeling is only if you 't enjoy life. "

"Lots of memories in this house, both good and bad.
But once it stops, that feeling.
The house is too old, too much maintenance.
But perhaps the move is a big mistake.
My dream is no longer in a blow away.
Never again will I live here, what a misfortune. "

    Hi Jer,
The media room looks like he is warm and cozy, but the bedroom should talk about because it comes into its own if not.
I can not wait until you see the bathroom in the picture set.
