There are people who have any sense of creativity and fanciful. They themselves are too stupid to invent something new. So what are they doing? They're going to copy. GameBasics makes beautiful original games and of course it was a matter of time before cloning would emerge. These have now been identified and it is amazing how unimaginative literally the options from our games are copied. Very frustrating that I can tell you!
Lately it seems even a regrettable trend that our sites will be copied. In particular OSM but other GameBasics games. Of course we are proud of our games and in a sense it is a compliment when someone copies your work.
Healthy competition, I am not afraid. If someone else has a football or an entrepreneurial game begins, they must know that yourself. But some pirates do their utmost to deliver an exact copy, without having the slightest creativity to show off and of course without the consent of Game Basics.
Meanwhile, there are two websites that I really signaled that shamelessly copy. Of course I will not mention their names here. She would indeed but undeserved complaints. Instead I will show you some screenshots how sad these copies. Judge for yourself!
Undisclosed game vs. entrepreneurs. Plaza Challenge
The game where the stake is HTML and JavaScript elements literally cut and pasted from Plaza Challenge Game coach in particular. The screen layouts, options, menu structure and payment model are all stolen. The creator of this image we have a year ago through a lawyer put under pressure. The most recent plagiarist is the worst right away. A football manager who is the spitting image of OSM seems. With identical options and the same layout. Even design flaws are well along in their copy 'version' of the game. The creator of this copy I have not spoken, but I intend soon to contact. It goes without saying that such an identical site can not be tolerated. It's really bizarre how little imagination some people have.
The above screenshot is already clear that there GameBasics games copied. I have a dozen of each game even sufficient evidence that this is plagiarism. There is like a transparent piece of paper placed on the monitor and the lines are checked. It is so obvious that everyone can see. It looks like an April 1 joke, but one very bad.
For the time I first try to the website owners personally to speak. However, I fear that this little impact. I know from experience that someone who does something like this can not be trusted. Business with such people will be very difficult.

I respond to ff so-called "copy" of osm. I play that "copied" game by chance and I want to say something. that game is not the same. People sometimes want the same game in another zegmaar "execution" play (for this game the way you do not have to pay). and each game has different sides. I've never played osm, but imagine: osm has a very extensive section for the purchase of stadium upgrades. but that "undisclosed football game" again has an extensive section for buy and sell players. each game has different things, and people can choose on which game they play.

Nikrovis, in general you're right. But if you give yourself to OSM not to have played. It is clear that the makers of this game (too) much copied. For one thing, the general conditions are literally copied word for word. There is even mention of season ticket holders (!) That's strange for a game that does not have to be paid?
I support wholeheartedly any attempt at a creative twist on the concept of football manager. But I do not accept plagiarism and I do not appreciate. That undisclosed game with that beer, seems to have a different owner so I do not know how it is in that case. The new owner would be a bit frustrating of his purchase, but I also know the fine is not. Fact is that the first owner obviously much copied.
